I have been in business for 40 years and I’m looking for an associate to eventually take over my practice located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19135. I’m asking for just $2,000 a month-which includes my patients, equipment, staff, etc. My 2000 ft.² office is equipped with seven treatment rooms, a comfortable waiting room and much more. My office uses an electronic note-taking system, participates with all insurances, uses an insurance billing service, and an ADP payroll service for my bilingual staff of three. I pay all bills-including staff and billing services. In turn, I will continue to work two days a week until my patients are all transferred to you. All services billed will be split 40% yours and 60% mine until the practice becomes yours, at which time you will receive 100% of all billed services.
