Description

PCA’s general counsel, Jason B. Martin, Esquire will be hosting a lunch and learn for PCA members.  This will be a 1-hour recorded presentation by Mr. Martin.  The presentation will focus on legal matters affecting all chiropractors in Pennsylvania.  Topics include insurer medical and reimbursement policies, Act 6, insurer audits, and chiropractor responsibilities under the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Practice Act.  This lunch and learn will be followed by live full day presentations in the fall of 2023 as part of the PCA Coding and Compliance Institute.
